Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy covers Featured (paid) directory listings sold by Pintastic Media LLC, doing business as YieldVisa. It is part of our Terms.
Billing
Featured listings are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Charges appear as YIELDVISA.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time through our contact page or by emailing hello@yieldvisa.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month: you won't be charged again, and your listing stays up until that month ends.
Partial months
We don't refund partial months.
Duplicate or mistaken charges
If you were charged twice or by mistake, tell us within 30 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full.
Listings removed for breaking the rules
If we remove a listing because it breaks our listing content rules, we stop billing from that point, and the current month is not refunded.
If we discontinue the service
If we stop offering Featured listings, we'll refund the unused part of your current paid month, pro-rated by day.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

To cancel or ask about a charge, contact us with the date and amount of the charge.
